Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or spread and confirmed by biopsy.
  • Your tumor must have at least some EGFR protein (score 1+ or higher).
  • You must have had at least one prior cancer treatment that did not work.
  • You must be able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0-1).
  • Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function must be within certain limits.
