  • You had your first stroke at least 6 months ago
  • You can dress, bathe, and use the toilet independently
  • You can walk a few steps indoors without a cane or walker (braces are okay)
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old
  • Your blood pressure is 140/90 mmHg or lower
  • You have no serious, unstable heart disease or exercise-triggered seizures
