Understanding Work Return After Heart Rehabilitation

  • You are an adult currently enrolled in the day hospital cardiac rehabilitation program at South Francilien Hospital Center
  • You are currently working or have worked recently
  • You plan to return to work after your cardiac rehabilitation
  • You understand French well enough to participate in discussions or interviews
  • You do not have significant cognitive impairments that would prevent you from participating
  • You are not under court-appointed legal guardianship
