- You are an adult currently enrolled in the day hospital cardiac rehabilitation program at South Francilien Hospital Center
- You are currently working or have worked recently
- You plan to return to work after your cardiac rehabilitation
- You understand French well enough to participate in discussions or interviews
- You do not have significant cognitive impairments that would prevent you from participating
- You are not under court-appointed legal guardianship
