This study helps doctors better understand and measure sensory nerve damage (nerves that feel pain, temperature, and touch). You may qualify if you have a specific type of nerve damage caused by cancer, autoimmune disease, platinum chemotherapy, or a rare genetic condition.

Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have been diagnosed with sensory neuronopathy (nerve damage affecting sensation) by specific medical criteria
- Your nerve damage is caused by one of these: cancer-related antibodies (anti-Hu or anti-CV2), Sjögren's syndrome, lupus, primary biliary cholangitis, platinum chemotherapy, or CANVAS syndrome
- You are comfortable reading and speaking French
- You do not have diabetes, significant kidney disease, vitamin deficiencies, or certain other conditions that could affect nerve testing
- You are enrolled in a French social security system
