This trial tests whether a gentle electrical stimulation of a nerve in the ear can reduce pain and inflammation in people with psoriatic arthritis. If you have moderate to high disease activity despite stable treatment, you may be able to join.

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis by a rheumatologist using standard criteria.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your psoriatic arthritis treatment has not changed in the last 12 weeks.
  • You rate your pain at least 4 out of 10 on a standard pain scale.
  • Your psoriatic arthritis is considered moderate to active by your doctor.
  • You do not have a pacemaker, defibrillator, or any implanted nerve stimulator.
  • You have not had epilepsy or uncontrolled seizures.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have no severe ear injury or infection.
