Who can take part

  • You can walk on your own without a cane or walker.
  • You have no muscle, bone, or heart problems that could make training unsafe.
  • You have no other health issues that might interfere with the training.
  • If you had a stroke: it was at least 6 months ago, you are between 18 and 70, and you have finished your usual rehab.
  • If you are an older adult: you are between 65 and 75 years old and have no major health problems affecting your balance.
