Who can take part
- Your stroke happened more than 6 months ago.
- You can stand by yourself for more than 30 seconds and walk at least 10 meters without a cane or walker.
- You do not have another brain condition like Parkinson's disease.
- You do not have severe memory or communication problems.
- You have no medical restrictions that prevent balance training, like osteoporosis or recent heart surgery.
- You are not currently in physical therapy or a supervised exercise program.
