Who can take part

  • Your stroke happened more than 6 months ago.
  • You can stand by yourself for more than 30 seconds and walk at least 10 meters without a cane or walker.
  • You do not have another brain condition like Parkinson's disease.
  • You do not have severe memory or communication problems.
  • You have no medical restrictions that prevent balance training, like osteoporosis or recent heart surgery.
  • You are not currently in physical therapy or a supervised exercise program.
