- You are between 18 and 55 years old
- You weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs) if male or 45 kg (99 lbs) if female, with a healthy BMI (18.5–30)
- You are in good overall health with no serious medical conditions
- If you can have children, you agree to use effective birth control from 2 weeks before the study through 1 week after your last dose
- You have not smoked regularly (5+ cigarettes daily) in the past 4 weeks and can stay tobacco-free during the study
