Who can take part
- You must be postmenopausal (either naturally or due to medication) and have breast cancer that is hormone receptor-positive (HR+) and HER2-negative.
- Your breast cancer must have spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) or be locally advanced (not just confined to the breast).
- You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You must have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks and be in generally good health (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You cannot have symptomatic brain metastases or active other cancers (except certain skin cancers or cured cervical cancer).
