  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Advanced breast cancer that cannot be cured by surgery, and confirmed HER2-negative
  • At least one measurable tumor on imaging scans
  • Good overall health (ECOG score 0–1, meaning you can do most normal activities)
  • No other active cancers in the past 3 years
  • No active brain cancer spread; treated/stable brain tumors may be okay
