- You are between 55 and 80 years old
- You live at home (not in a nursing home or assisted living)
- You have had hip surgery and can put full weight on your leg right away
- Your surgery was at University Hospital Bern
- You are able to do light exercise for about 30 minutes
- You do not have severe memory or thinking problems that would make following the program hard
