Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have a type of advanced cancer (such as certain breast, lung, stomach/esophageal, or bladder cancers) that has progressed or not responded to standard treatments.
  • Your tumors must be measurable by imaging scans like CT or MRI.
  • Your kidney function must be good (estimated GFR of 60 mL/min or more).
  • You cannot have serious heart problems or uncontrolled infections.
  • You cannot have had a radioactive cancer treatment in the past.
