Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with an advanced solid tumor (such as breast, bladder, colorectal, head and neck, ovarian, esophageal, pancreatic, or non-small cell lung cancer) that has not responded to standard treatments.
- Your tumor must test positive for a protein called Nectin-4 (moderate or high levels).
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You are healthy enough to have your white blood cells collected (apheresis) and to undergo treatment.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function meet the study's safety levels.
- You do not have cancer that has spread to the brain or spinal cord and causes symptoms.
