Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- You have an advanced solid tumor such as breast, bladder, colorectal, head and neck, ovarian, esophageal, pancreatic, or non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to standard treatment
- Your tumor cells have high or moderate levels of the Nectin-4 protein
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
- Your blood counts and organ function are within certain ranges
- You are willing to use effective contraception if applicable
