Who can take part
- You are 19 years or older
- You have primary open-angle glaucoma or high eye pressure (ocular hypertension)
- You have used or are using at least two types of glaucoma eye drops (like dorzolamide and a beta-blocker), or your eye pressure is not well controlled with current treatment
- You have not used certain glaucoma medications for a specific washout period before starting the study (different times for different drugs)
- Your eye pressure measures 21 mmHg or higher at the start of the study
- You do not have severe eye disease, asthma, certain heart conditions, or other serious health issues that would interfere with the study
