  • You are male and between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You are physically active and can join a structured spinning (indoor cycling) program.
  • You do not have any chronic disease (like diabetes, heart disease, or autoimmune conditions).
  • You are not currently using anti-inflammatory or antioxidant medications.
  • You are not taking any supplements other than magnesium.
