Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 29 years old.
  • You have experienced 4 or more types of childhood adversity (ACE score of 4 or higher).
  • You are not taking prescription heart or blood pressure medication.
  • You do not have high blood pressure (greater than 140/90 at rest).
  • You are a non-smoker and do not use nicotine or vape.
  • You are not currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
