Who can take part

  • You are receiving a liver transplant from a living donor (not a deceased donor).
  • You are not allergic to ursodeoxycholic acid.
  • You have not taken ursodeoxycholic acid within the month before your transplant.
  • You are not having an emergency transplant.
  • You are not receiving a right posterior or left lateral segment graft.
