Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- You have had tinnitus (ringing in the ears) for more than 3 months.
- Your hearing is normal, or you have mild to moderate hearing loss.
- You do not have severe hearing loss or active ear infections.
- Your general and mental health are stable, and you are not currently in crisis for a psychiatric condition.
- Your tinnitus is not caused by blood vessel or muscle problems (objective tinnitus).
