Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 65 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis by a rheumatologist.
  • Your rheumatoid arthritis is stable (remission or low disease activity).
  • You have access to a smartphone or tablet and know how to use apps.
  • You can understand and give consent in Turkish.
  • You have not regularly practiced meditation or mindfulness in the past 6 months.
  • You have not joined another stress management program or received mental health services in the past 3 to 6 months.
