Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 65 years old
- Have been diagnosed with alcohol dependence (ICD-10: F10.2) but not currently drinking or using other drugs (except nicotine)
- Have completed a supervised detox program in the last 3 months
- Have experienced cravings for alcohol
- Not be taking any medications for alcohol dependence or craving (like benzodiazepines, acamprosate, or naltrexone)
- Have no serious mental health conditions (like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder) or medical conditions affecting the brain or heart
