Adebrelimab plus apatinib and chemo for new bile duct cancer
Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.
This study tests a combination of three medicines (adebrelimab, apatinib, and standard chemotherapy) for people with newly diagnosed bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be surgically removed. The goal is to see if the combination can shrink the tumor and make it possible to remove later.

This trial tests combining two drugs (adebrelimab and lenvatinib) with a liver-directed chemotherapy infusion (HAIC) to shrink locally advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancers enough to allow surgery. It is for people who haven't had prior treatment for their biliary cancer and whose cancer has not spread far.
This trial tests a combination of chemotherapy drugs given directly into the liver, combined with two immunotherapy/targeted therapy drugs, for people with advanced biliary tract cancer (cancer of the bile ducts or gallbladder). The goal is to shrink tumors and improve survival in patients who have not received prior chemotherapy.
This trial tests whether combining two drugs—adebrelimab (an immune-boosting antibody) and S-1 (a chemotherapy pill)—can help prevent bile duct cancer from returning after surgery. The goal is to help your body's immune system fight any remaining cancer cells.
This trial tests a combination of immunotherapy (adebrelimab), chemotherapy (gemcitabine and cisplatin), and a cholesterol-lowering drug (simvastatin) for advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It aims to see if the addition of simvastatin improves treatment outcomes.
This study tests adding the immunotherapy adebrelimab to standard chemotherapy (gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel) as a first treatment for advanced biliary tract cancer that can't be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this combination helps shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
This trial tests a new combination of two targeted drugs (Recaticimab and Adebrelimab) plus chemotherapy for people with advanced bile duct or gallbladder cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. The goal is to see if this approach can shrink tumors or slow the disease.
