Who can take part

  • You had a stroke that caused weakness on one side of your body (hemiplegia).
  • At least 6 months have passed since your stroke.
  • You agree to take part in the study.
  • You have not had a head injury, brain tumor, meningitis, or other brain disease.
  • You have not had a heart attack or other serious medical event in the last 3 months.
  • You can see and hear well enough to answer questionnaires and do tests.
