Suboccipital technique for balance in healthy adults

This trial tests if a hands-on technique on the back of the neck can improve balance in healthy adults aged 18 to 35. You may qualify if you do not have any conditions affecting balance, history of injury or surgery, or take medications that affect the nervous system.

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have no recent history of falls.
  • You have no history of surgery on your spine or foot.
  • You have no known balance problems or neurological conditions.
  • You do not take any medications or substances that affect your nervous system.
  • You are not a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year osteopathy student.
