Ensartinib plus anlotinib for lorlatinib-resistant ALK lung cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that is ALK-positive (a certain gene change).
  • You have tried lorlatinib and it stopped working.
  • You have taken no more than two other ALK-targeted medicines (and not ensartinib).
  • You have taken no more than two courses of chemotherapy.
  • You are 18 or older and your physical ability (ECOG score) is 0 to 2 (able to care for yourself).
  • You do not have another active cancer, and if you have brain/spine lining spread, you must be able to have a contrast MRI.
