Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have a solid tumor that has spread to 1 to 3 other spots in the body (not in the brain or spine).
  • Each tumor must be 5 centimeters or smaller and located somewhere that can be treated safely with one session of focused radiation.
  • You have not had radiation in the same area before.
  • Your blood counts (neutrophils, hemoglobin, platelets) and liver function (bilirubin, AST, ALT) are within safe ranges.
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you need to be able to have an MRI scan.
