Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have brain metastases that started from another body cancer (like lung, breast, or prostate)
  • You have at least one untreated brain metastasis that is 2.0 to 4.0 cm on a recent contrast MRI
  • You can have an MRI with contrast (dye) within 28 days
  • You have not had whole-brain radiation before
  • Your main brain metastasis is not larger than 4.0 cm, and it is not in the brainstem (if it is 2.0 cm or bigger)
