Who can take part

  • You have a solid tumor cancer that has come back or hasn't responded to standard treatments.
  • You are 18 years or older and able to walk (or use a wheelchair independently).
  • You have adequate organ function (kidneys, liver, heart, lungs) as shown by blood tests and scans.
  • If you are willing to have tumor biopsies (for Part B), you must be able to have them safely.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control for up to 12 months after treatment (if applicable).
  • You must be willing to be followed long-term for any delayed side effects of gene therapy.
