Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer that can’t be cured with surgery (stage IIIC/IV melanoma, or another solid tumor that’s returned or won’t respond to standard treatment).
- Your tumor must test positive for IL13Rα2 on a tissue test (IL13Rα2 marker level high enough).
- You’re age 18 to 74, and you’re well enough to do usual activities (ECOG 0–1).
- A doctor must be able to measure at least one tumor spot (on scans, or certain skin lesions with photos).
- You must have lab counts and organ function within required ranges (blood counts, liver, kidneys).
- You must be able and willing to do at least one leukapheresis procedure to collect immune cells (unless you’re getting a second infusion).
