Who can take part
- You must be Emirati and live in Abu Dhabi.
- Your home cook prepares meals full-time and will take a 4-week cooking course.
- Your home cook must live with you during the study.
- You must be between 18 and 60 years old.
- Your BMI must be between 28 and 40.
- You and your cook must agree to join the study.
- Your weight cannot be more than 220 kilograms.
- You should not have a serious illness like active cancer or be on treatments that affect your immune system.
