This study explores how your natural sleep-wake pattern (chronotype) affects the way you perceive time. If you are a clear early bird or night owl, you may be invited to attend one early-morning and one late-evening session.

Who can take part

  • You are a healthy adult aged 18 to 40.
  • You are clearly a morning type or evening type (not in between).
  • You have normal or corrected vision and normal color vision.
  • You are fluent in Danish, Chinese, or English.
  • You can attend both an early-morning (around 8 AM) and a late-evening (around 10 PM) session.
  • You haven't worked night shifts, rotating shifts, or traveled across more than 2 time zones recently.
