Who can take part

  • You are between 23 and 45 years old.
  • You can speak and understand Danish.
  • You have completed at least upper secondary education (like gymnasium or high school).
  • You are either a morning person or an evening person based on a sleep questionnaire.
  • You do not work night shifts or have an irregular sleep schedule.
  • You do not have any neurological, psychiatric, or sleep disorders (like insomnia or sleep apnea).
  • You are not taking any medications that affect sleep or alertness (such as melatonin or antidepressants).
  • You haven't traveled across time zones in the last four weeks.
