Who can take part

  • You are between 23 and 45 years old.
  • You are generally healthy, with a regular sleep schedule (sleeping 6.5–9 hours each night, usually between 10 p.m. and 9 a.m.).
  • You have not done night shifts or traveled across time zones recently.
  • You can abstain from caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and recreational drugs for several days before and during the study.
  • You do not have major sleep, psychiatric, or neurological disorders.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and are willing to use contraception if applicable.
