Who can take part
- You are between 22 and 70 years old.
- You have a diagnosis of chronic cluster headache for at least 1 year.
- You have at least 4 headache attacks per week on average.
- You have a history of trying at least one preventive treatment that did not work well or caused side effects (e.g., verapamil, lithium, topiramate, or local injections).
- You have been on a stable headache medication regimen (or no preventive treatment) for at least 2 weeks before starting the study.
- You are able to fill out an electronic headache diary and attend study visits.
- You do not have other serious medical conditions that could interfere with the study (such as epilepsy, stroke, or substance use disorder).
