  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have suspected, newly diagnosed, or previously treated small cell lung cancer
  • Your blood levels of ProGRP or NSE are at least 3 times the normal upper limit
  • You are willing and able to provide signed consent and follow study procedures
  • Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months
