Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.

This trial tests a new cell therapy called TC-D101 for people with a type of small cell lung cancer that has DLL3 protein on its surface. It may be an option if standard treatments have stopped working or are not suitable.

Armored CAR T cells for DLL3 positive cancers

This trial tests an experimental treatment using your own immune cells, modified to better find and attack cancer cells that carry a marker called DLL3. It is for people with certain neuroendocrine tumors, including small cell lung cancer, who have already tried standard treatments.

CAR-NK cell therapy for relapsed small cell lung cancer

This trial tests a new type of immunotherapy called dual-target CAR-NK cells for people with small cell lung cancer that has returned or not responded to treatment. The treatment uses your own immune cells, modified in a lab, to better recognize and attack cancer cells.

PET/CT imaging for small cell lung cancer

This trial uses a special PET/CT scan to look for a protein called DLL3 in small cell lung cancer. The scan may help doctors better see and understand the cancer. You may be able to join if you have suspected or confirmed small cell lung cancer and certain blood markers are high.

ML261 CAR T therapy for advanced small cell lung cancer and related neuroendocrine cancers

This trial tests a new treatment called ML261, which uses your own immune cells (T cells) that have been modified to target DLL3, a protein found on certain cancer cells. It is for people with advanced small cell lung cancer or other neuroendocrine cancers that have not responded to standard treatments.

Study of a targeted radiation therapy for small cell lung cancer

This trial tests a new drug called MP0712 that delivers radiation directly to cancer cells that have a marker called DLL3. It is for people with small cell lung cancer or other solid tumors that express DLL3, whose cancer has come back after prior treatments.
