- You're a healthy adult with no major illness or surgery in the last 4 weeks
- Your blood pressure is 90–140 mmHg systolic and 40–90 mmHg diastolic, and heart rate is 40–100 beats per minute
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18.5 and 40.0, with no plans to change your diet or weight significantly
- If you can have children, you agree to use contraception from screening through 6 months after the study injection
- You have no history of heart attack, stroke, blocked arteries, or serious heart disease
