Who can take part
- You must already be receiving a Bicycle investigational product in another Bicycle-sponsored clinical study.
- Your doctor must confirm that you are tolerating the treatment well and that your disease has not grown while on it.
- You must have completed all required testing from your current parent study.
- You must agree to avoid pregnancy during treatment and for 6.5 months after the end of study treatment.
- If you are receiving a drug called pembrolizumab or nivolumab only, you must have been treated for 24 months or less from starting therapy on the parent study.
