Who can take part

  • You are a college student at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley
  • You are between 18 and 30 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with autism (self-reported and confirmed by a questionnaire)
  • You are currently feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed
  • You are not already in intense therapy or changing psychiatric medications
  • You can speak and read English
  • You are willing to take part in an 8-week program
