Who can take part
- You are a man age 19 or older.
- Your prostate cancer has gotten worse even after taking enzalutamide or abiraterone alone.
- Your testosterone level is very low (below 50 ng/dL).
- Your PSA level has gone up at least 50% from its lowest point and is now 2 ng/mL or higher.
- You have not had certain other cancer treatments (like chemo or radiation) in the past 4 weeks, or 9 weeks if you took docetaxel or cabazitaxel.
- You do not have serious heart, liver, blood, or immune system problems.
