Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old
- You have a ruptured brain aneurysm that is cystic (not a tear or false aneurysm) and has a wide neck (at least 4mm)
- The treatment starts within 7 days of the last bleeding event
- You have a mild to moderate level of consciousness after the rupture (Hunt and Hess grade 1-3)
- You can use intravenous antiplatelet drugs (medicines to prevent blood clots)
