  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have had type 2 diabetes for at least 6 months.
  • Your HbA1c (average blood sugar over 3 months) was over 8% in the last 3 months.
  • You are currently taking one or more diabetes pills.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and have not taken part in another clinical trial recently.
