Who can take part

  • You are 60 years or older and identify as Hispanic/Latino, Korean, Black/African American, or White (non-Hispanic)
  • You speak and read Spanish, Korean, or English
  • You have a memory or thinking concern (mild cognitive impairment or at risk for it) with a screening score between 18 and 30
  • You have an informal caregiver (like a family member or friend) who is 18 or older and lives nearby or with you
  • You do not have a major untreated mental illness or life-threatening illness
  • Both you and your caregiver agree to take part
