Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is 40 or higher, or 35 or higher with weight-related health problems, or 30 or higher with eating disorders or problematic eating behaviors.
  • You are already in a weight-management or bariatric surgery program at the Institut de l'Obésité, including therapeutic education and adapted physical activity.
  • You are available and willing to complete all study visits and assessments.
  • You have not participated in a structured adapted physical activity program in the last 3 months.
