Who can take part

  • You are at least 18 years old and have a BMI of 30 or higher (or a BMI of 27 or higher with a weight-related health condition like high blood pressure or sleep apnea).
  • You do not have type 1 or type 2 diabetes.
  • Your weight has not changed by more than 11 pounds in the last 3 months.
  • You have not had weight-loss surgery.
  • You have not had pancreatitis or gallbladder problems.
