Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older
  • Your cancer must be advanced or metastatic and has progressed after standard treatments, or you have chosen not to take them
  • Your tumor must have a specific RAS gene mutation (KRAS, NRAS, or HRAS) and high CEACAM5 protein levels
  • You need to be in good physical health, able to do daily activities without major help (ECOG score 0 or 1)
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans, and you need to provide a tumor sample from a biopsy within the last 5 years
