Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced or metastatic cancer (spread beyond the original site) with a confirmed tumor type and genetic mutation.
  • Standard treatments are not working, not tolerable, not available, or you have chosen not to take them (except for newly diagnosed pancreatic cancer).
  • You can swallow pills and are in reasonably good health (able to do light activities).
  • You have not taken a RAS inhibitor before and do not have a primary brain tumor or major stomach/bowel issues that affect absorption.
