Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have played volleyball for at least 2 years in a row.
  • You practice or play volleyball at least 4 hours each week.
  • You can do a cross-body spike with a 3-step approach.
  • You have not had a major shoulder or spine injury or surgery.
  • You have not had shoulder pain (rated 3 or higher on a 0–10 scale) in the last 6 months.
