Who can take part

  • You are a female volleyball player aged 20–25 years
  • You have at least 2 years of professional or competitive volleyball experience
  • You train at least 5 days per week regularly
  • You have no lower limb injuries or surgeries in your medical history
  • You have no balance problems, neurological conditions, or pain when jumping or landing
  • Your BMI is 30 or lower, and you can follow instructions during the fatigue protocol
