  • You must be between 18 and 60 years old
  • Your BMI needs to be between 19 and 27
  • No use of diabetes or weight-loss drugs like Ozempic, Wegovy, or Mounjaro in the last six months
  • No current or past stomach or esophagus disorders (like gastroparesis, functional dyspepsia, or stomach surgery)
  • No history of eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding
