Who can take part

  • You must be 19 years or older.
  • You must have a brain tumor (either one that started in the brain or spread from another cancer) with a specific BRAF gene change (mutation or fusion).
  • Your tumor must have grown or come back after standard treatments, or no standard treatments are available.
  • You must be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months.
  • You must have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell counts as shown by lab tests.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after the last dose (if applicable).
